Refund and Returns
The return period for purchases on joypouch.com is 14 days.
If your return meets the requirements of our policy, joypouch.com will refund the amount you paid for the product or service as soon as possible, and no later than 30 days after the returned item is received or you have notified us of your intent to return. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Joypouch.com will cover the shipping cost for replacement products or services.
Return Conditions

- The 14-day period begins on the day you received the full, or a significant part of, your order.
- Customized or personalized products count from the day joypouch.com confirmed the customization.
Exclusions
Returns are not accepted in the following cases:

- The price of the purchased service fluctuates with the financial market (e.g., stock options).
- Due to its nature, the service cannot be returned.
- The product seal of authentication has been broken or opened.

Product Condition
